Refund and Returns Policy
Our Commitment
At Tecknowlogy, every product is crafted with care and sent with purpose. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right. Our returns process is designed to be simple, fair, and human.
30-Day Returns
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided:
- The item is in its original, unused condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- You have your order confirmation email or order number
After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at info@tecknowlogyit.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 working days with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and post it to: Tecknowlogy Returns, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
Return Postage
Return postage is at your cost for change-of-mind returns. We cover return postage for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly-sent items.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 12 months, please contact us immediately at info@tecknowlogyit.com with a photo of the fault. We will offer a free replacement, repair, or full refund. You will not be required to pay return postage for faulty items.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving your return. Klarna refunds are processed in accordance with Klarna’s terms.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earbuds that have been opened and used cannot be returned unless faulty. Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable once delivered.
